For Family Time & Magical Moments

Castle Cove, A Family Friendly Holiday Park In North Wales

A relatively small and quiet caravan park welcoming all family members including pets!

Ideally located and adjacent the North Wales coastal path, you’ll be blown away how close we are to the blue flag sandy beach and all the amenities of Abergele and neighbouring towns of Towyn and Rhyl.

Perfectly positioned, each holiday home has sea-facing views where the sunrise and sunsets are simply astonishing, especially when the sky turns magnificent shades of pink and purple!

Castle Cove Caravan Park is not only blessed by incredible views stretching as far as the eye can see… but also one of the most important Grade-1 listed buildings in Europe.

Whether or not you own your own holiday home here, Gwyrch Castle is the backdrop to our caravan park, which I’m sure you will want to explore!

Castle View Cafe & Bar

Delicious Home Cooked Food

As you enter the park, on your left, you will find our ‘Castle View Cafe’ where both locals and owners always frequent for our freshly prepared and tasty home-cooked food.

Cafe Open Daily From 9am

The cafe is open daily from 9am until 4pm and sometimes later in the school holidays. Our menu is quite varied, serving all-day breakfast and some of your favorite dishes.

Licensed Bar

A beautiful sunset would not be complete without a cold beer or mouth-watering glass of wine. Since we want your leisure experience to be as enjoyable as possible, we have a licensed bar on site where you can always expect a warm welcome.

Looking for dog friendly caravan parks?

Castle Cove is just that! As animal and dog lovers ourselves, we understand you would not want to leave your pets at home, so please bring them with you. We welcome all pets.

Located by the beach and the Welsh coastal path, there are quite literally miles of walking path that I am sure your pets will enjoy.

Alternatively, there is ‘Pentre Mawr Park’ about 10 minutes’ walk away where you will find a lovely park and two small lakes.

Ownership Fees & Other Costs

Castle Cove Caravan Park Site Fees

Holiday home ownership is a magical time for you and your family to create lasting memories, but understandably, certain costs come with owning and having this luxury lifestyle.
VISIT PARK

As a rule, every caravan park will charge a ‘site fee’, for the rental of your ‘plot’ (where your holiday home will go). These charges also go to other services including:

  • Local Authority Rates
  • Waste Collection
  • Security and CCTV – this also brings down the price of caravan insurance too
  • Drain down and reconnection – a mandatory requirement after the holiday season, otherwise the winter months could see burst pipes and flooded holiday homes.
  • Gas Check & Certification – for obvious reasons, we want to make sure your holiday home is safe and sound so annual gas checks and certifications will be completed and issued.
  • Landscaping and grass cutting – we don’t want you to lift a finger unless of course you want to, so we’ll make sure the area around your holiday home is kept nice and freshly cut at all times.
